reset password in ps5 loop

Hey @Scruiciul, Please log in on our website and check the Connections tab in your EA Account settings to see if you’ve logged in with the correct EA account, linked to your PSN profile. 

i have already done it. and when i try to link to psn is saying that the acount is already linked...

maybe need to unlink the acount and link again ? 

i have tryed also with new acount and is saying the same ☹️
