Age restriction for FC25 on PS5

Can't use PlayStation Network features in this game or app due to age restrictions. This message appears in FC25 on a PS5 for my sons account aged 14 years old. I have Family Management and have removed all age restrictions for his account. However, this message still appears. He can't play online games with FC25. He can play other higher age limited games. Help please!
