Evolution Stole my UT coins instead of FC points

I was Completing the TOTY Blueprint evolution and had purchased 1600 FC points to complete it. When I went to complete the Purchase the game did not give me an option to use the 500K UT coins or the 1000 FC points and the game took it upon itself to complete the transaction with my 500k coins I had saved instead the FC points I had purchased for that very reason. I very much would like a refund and was told I can not get one even though the game had an error on its part and had stolen my 500k coins. I was able to clip the Purchase through the console and watch it back and am able to see it definitely did not give me the option. EA I would like my 500k back please and you can take the 1000 FC points as a trade. I can show the proof your game stole it from me and I have attached the clip as well showing the game stealing my coins. Please respond.
