FC25 Game Play/Server Problems
Dear EA,
FC 25 Server lag times, are becoming a massive problem in this game, it's actually becoming so bad that I actually don't want to play the game. I'm not the only one who is experiencing this problem, there are so many people are dissatisfied, why does it feel like you are not listening to your consumers?
Granted you say you are listening when you are making improvements to issues that are being uncovered, there are so many bugs in this game, and for every update, I just hope you fix the issues I have experienced and in most times to no prevail.
Examples of issues.
0) servers are so slow, every Sunday I've now decided I'm not gonna play because the game play is too slow, this massively spoils my game play.
1) players flying like superman into the goal, I didn't know footballers can fly
2) referee decisions are terrible in this game, red cards are given when a yellow card is the right decision and when a red should be given there are yellow cards, these inaccurate decisions just spoil the game.
3) I also reported someone for harassment a rude and disrespectful chat that I didn't appreciate and I got an automated response that you won't do nothing about it. What kind of company is this?
4) Game crashes that state I lost my internet connection and I have proof from packet detection that I didn't drop my connection.
5) Are we expected to get relegated every season this year in rivals? Even when you make the win ratio. 50% greater than 2024?
6) for every case I've opened it never gets fixed but always gets closed,what company just closes tickets without resolution?
7) You never answer or respond to customer complaints, please shock me and respond to this with a solution, I would fall off my chair.
Honestly I don't know what I expect from this complaint, as I'm so disappointed about purchasing this game and the amount of bugs it has that are not being fixed.
