Can't connect to EA servers both PC and mobile app

Hello, last two weeks I'm unable to connect EA servers to UT on my PC game. I tried to recall what I did in that time different with pc and remembered I was using AVAST clean up tool - speeding up the system, deleting cache etc - might not even be the reason. Anyway I saw that the servers are down couple times in the past - 30 min later it worked. But this time whole week nothing. I tried to reinstall the game, allow app in firewall, reconfig the router and another amount of tips on how to fix this unability to connect on youtube but still nothing. Then I went into FC companion on my phone few days ago and the app works but when I tried to redeem player picks item .. boom! server unavailable as well on my phone for several days in a row!

So it might not be a pc problem? Is it with my account in general? Please help!
