Playstyles highlight (or the gold ones do anyway) when you use them I e. If you have Finesse + on and take a Finesse shot it lights up.
There's been a theory going around that the normal silver playstyles don't actually count at all and ots only the Gold + ones thst do. I don't know about this but I'll certainly say you don't notice silver playstyles at all.
If your playstyles aren't applying in drop ins or club matches then I don't know what the issue is; probably a glitch. Maybe try a different xbox profile. Unfortunately that means youll start again from level 1. And it's still not guaranteed to work.
