guys i dont know what happens but i tried it and worked, finally played with NO freezes
i've been tried everything and didnt work except by this:
for nvidia user u can try this method,open nvidia control panel
manage 3d setting
monitor technology don't use G-SYNC, set to 'fixed refresh'
preferred refresh rate set to 'highest available'in FC25 game setting
i just set display mode to 'windowed borderless'
refresh rate '120hz'
frame rate '120fps'
vertical sync 'on'im playing on ultra & raytracing. stutter is gone

Only for a short period of time. It goes back to default speed up lag and stutters. Folks it has nothing to do with your hardware or other options. There is no around to this. It is a failure on the programming side. Something (most likely the AC) is causing hardware components to hit 100% usage which it shouldn't the graphics and physic are not that demanding that it should hit this much. Especially since it makes absolutely no difference wether you play on very low settings and low res, or very high with higher res. If it was hardware problem you would have a significant difference in game perfomance from very low to ultra settings. But you don't
Another sign that it is a programming failure, is that the game initially runs quite smooth just after some half an hour or so it suddenly starts with the lags and stutters. If it's hardwae based the game would lag and stutter from the get go. We have folks with a 4070 gpu who have the same issues. My CPU is a six core running at 4 GHZ. I overclocked it to 4.5 GHZ didn't change much, if anything at all.
All the solution and fixes mentioned in this thread, only work for a short period of time. Almost like the changes in settings reset the cache/temp until it is filled again with data somehow.- @SpiritBall89 exactly, its same happen to me, i uninstall game and download again 50 gb and the game become smooth and silk, but after i play tommorow day the gameplay back to sttutering and lag.
