If you have gotten a code for the ps4 and you are using the ps5 you can still access the beta. Yes I understand it may not be the version you wanted but you should still be able to play and test the game. I have seen many people received the wrong and hopefully you get the correct platform. I would recommend making sure that your preferred platform is ticked and the rest un ticked to make sure that you will get the correct version. However, there is another solution to this. Once downloaded the ps4 version of the application try changing the version of the application and download the ps5 version of the application. Since both platforms are compatible with each other.

Same here, ive just redeemed my code on Xbox series x and game isn’t downloading or in the queue either..

I entered my code and clicked on one of the following pop ups and it said error. Went back and my codes now saying it’s redeemed and the beta is nowhere to be seen??? Please help me asap
The only thing I can suggest is that it starts downloading at 6pm bst because that’s when it says it’s available from.. but you still would of thought it would let you pre download ready for that time like it does with any other game I’ve been getting these codes for years and never had this problem before though so slightly worried will check back here in 2 hours I guess

On xbox series x go onto settings, Payment and billing then order history. Your beta will come up click it. View in store. It will come up you own this, click that, Then pick what option you wish to download xsx or x1. Hope that helps.

If you go on your ps library then collection it should say fc 25 and then you can download the beta
Hello, is there any chance you have an idea on what to do because I have redeemed my code and it hasn't been downloading after it said it would be downloafing and now I can't re enter my code.
Happened to me aswell any idea how to resolve this issue really appreciate any advice.

Not great to gaslight this many people into thinking it's their fault.
Accidentally logged in on a different account and when I log into fc 25 on the account the beta code was given too all I can see is fc news ? What do I do?
