Professional and World Class Difficulties Gap
Can EA focus on improving the difficulty gap between World Class and Professional? It's unplayable. If I play on 'Professional' difficulty, the AI defenders just let me outrun them and leave huge spaces to run into, which is so annoying. If I play World Class, the AI defenders have a 100% successful block rate; I can't pass into the AI's penalty box or complete a single successful dribble during the match. This is not enjoyable to play. Plus, the scorelines are often 2-3, 4-0, 3-3, 4-4, or 0-5. This makes the game unplayable and it feels so scripted. The AI should have a dynamic response. Usually, the AI scores right after I score. It doesn't feel realistic anymore. I know some people will argue and tell me to practice more and adapt to it or adjust the slider. But this should be a basic difficulty feature. EA should provide dynamic difficulty that lets people enjoy the gameplay at their own pace. I heard EA doesn't even acknowledge this issue and is still making EA FC 27 with the same problem. They should make a new difficulty level between Professional and World Class.Misleading Store UI - Requesting Refund for Accidental FC 26 Points Purchase
Hi EA Support Team, I am writing to request a full refund for an accidental purchase of 500 SAR worth of FC Points on PC. Due to the misleading layout on the store page where FC 26 FC Points are still displayed alongside current content, I accidentally purchased points for FC 26 instead of FC 27. I am fully aware that the one-time automatic points transfer feature between titles has already been used on my account, which is why I am not asking for an automatic or manual transfer. All the points purchased in this transaction are 100% untouched and unspent (0% used). Since this purchase occurred due to interface confusion and the service has not been consumed at all, I kindly ask a Senior Advisor or Supervisor to process a direct refund for this transaction. Thank you for your understanding and support.
FC25 - Bidded Transfer Market Items unable to be claimed, even if i won the bid
I cannot claim items I won on the Ultimate Team Transfer Market in FC25 on PC. I have bid on several items via the Transfer market and won them, but when i go to claim them via the Transfer Targets button in the menu it tells me that connecting to the servers is unavalible. My account has been also been charged for the items but i am unable to claim them. This has affected mutliple bids on both stadiums and players for weeks now. if I Buy Now on the item instead it immediantly gives me the item, but I've already been charged for multiple bids now . I can't list all the items i bid on because I didn't realise they wern't being added to my accoun before now, but just now at around 9:30 AWST on 10th of September 2026 i bid on the Etihad Stadium for 150 coins, which were taken from my account but i have not recived the item. I won the bid at around 9:40. I can't seem to find an email to send this to, I hope this is the right place for it. Finally, i have evidence of this glitch.By far the most ridiculous game
Everything about this game is ridiculous bad. From the small things like the duplicate files not showing up when trying to search to the servers being bad about 80% of the time. This game is so backwards. Y’all don’t know how to make a football game. Y’all are bad at everything. You guys are a greedy money hungry company who doesn’t care about anything but yall selves. Y’all started making these changes to the game play because your game is falling off which is well deserved. Years and years the community asking for change and y’all didn’t listen. This game will always be horrible because of the momentum change y’all decide to do because the player is losing and then it turns into a ping pong match just scoring a goal one after the other. Other than stamina. There shouldn’t be no other thing effecting the game. Y’all try so hard to make this an even game. I’m so tired of the player getting rewarded for making bad passes. A pass that that I could have intercepted but no it hits my defender and goes back to the player and that player is now free for goal. This happens too often. I wish y’all can see my games. The birth year range for crated players has not been updated in several years. The range has been 1980 - 2005 since at least FIFA 22. This means I cannot create a player younger than 18 (turning 19 halfway through season), with the upper age limit now 45. This makes no sense. I cannot create a wunderkind, but I can create a player who should have retired a decade ago? PLEASE UPDATE THIS ALREADY
Input delay issue and lag in controlling Rivals and online matches
Hello EA Support, I’m experiencing a serious input delay and gameplay lag issue in EA SPORTS FC 26, especially in Rivals and online matches. My internet connection is stable and my ping is usually around 40 ms, but the gameplay still feels extremely delayed. There is a noticeable delay between pressing a button and the player responding, which makes passing, shooting, dribbling, defending, and switching players feel slow and unresponsive. This does not seem to be a normal high-ping issue, because my ping remains around 40 ms, yet the input delay is still very noticeable. Could you please confirm if this is a known server/gameplay issue and whether EA is currently working on a fix? Also, when can we expect this issue to be resolved? I certainly hope EA developers will be addressing this issue in EA FC 26. SInce last September 21st, hard coded player characters wearing gloves have been uneditable. Even utilizing the cheat method of of first removing the gloves during editing, and then adding a wrist or sweat band which has become the only work around, only applies correctly for less than fifty percent of players. In every Manger Career mode save this year, there have always been at least two or three players with either unremovable gloves, and recently after Title Update 10, unremovable taped wrists.

How to connect Switch Pro Controller? This is what I typed in. If you look this up on forums on your website, no one is answering these questions where people that can’t play the game they PREORDERED with a Switch Pro Controller. Now if this was some onetime thing, maybe I might think of EA differently, but this controller issue has been in every game you bozos make. So can you atleast get an employee to look at the forums more since the game is that bad right now. I tried to play the game after I go through the steps the EA “employees” say, and my controller spammed so many buttons it changed my game to Italian and I had to Alt F4. I keep looking for something I’m doing wrong and the guides on YouTube say, either disconnect from steam or not, whatever works. And on top of this the people that make the game don’t know how to fix it so that’s why I’m here asking EA to please contact someone who can fix this and post it in some forum on here. I know there is a lot of problems but it is kind of your fault. Also why is there a HELP CENTER WITH NO ARTICLE ON CONTROLLER CONNECTION WHEN THIS IS A RECURRING PROBLEM FOR THREE YEARS? I was purchasing 1050 fc points for £8.09 on the Xbox store because it didn’t let me purchase them in the store on fc 26 and I came back on to the game and my balance still said zero so I restarted the game and it still wasn’t there so I went on to ea help to refund it and it said I have nothing to refundI am experiencing a persistent crash in EA SPORTS FC 25 on PC..
The game launches normally, I can navigate all menus, and I can play using the keyboard without any issues. However, when I connect my official Xbox controller and start any match, the game always crashes during the stadium loading screen. This happens in every game mode and every stadium, and there is no error message. My PC specifications are Intel Core i5-12400F, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 10GB, and 16GB RAM. Other demanding games, including Ghost of Tsushima, run perfectly at maximum settings, and my Xbox controller works normally in every other game. This problem only occurs in EA SPORTS FC 25. I have already tried almost every troubleshooting step: completely reinstalling the game, verifying game files through Steam, reinstalling EA AntiCheat, updating and reinstalling NVIDIA drivers, updating Windows, restarting my PC, launching the game from both Steam and EA App, changing USB ports, removing old controller drivers, disconnecting unnecessary USB devices, disabling Discord, Steam, and EA overlays, and testing different graphics settings. None of these solved the problem. The issue started after I once connected a cheap third-party controller. Since then, FC 25 crashes whenever I use my official Xbox controller, even though Windows and Steam detect the controller correctly and it works perfectly everywhere else. Event Viewer also shows no clear application error when the crash happens. Could you please let me know if this is a known issue? Are there any additional troubleshooting steps or fixes available? If needed, I can provide DxDiag, MSInfo32, crash dumps, or any other diagnostic files. Thank you for your support
