So whats the point in not sending new codes to those who got them, it only benifits the games testing and development prior to launch, I dont see why we cant just be sent codes for the consoles we actually have selected when its a mistake your company has made, not us.

i got old gen (xb1) and im supposed to get xsx xbox gamertag is buhckle
What about if u have the right code on the right console and still cany play the beta as when u connect to ea servers it crashes back to the home screen and has been doing this since 6pm on Tuesday

I recieved the xbox one version instead of the series x/s version. I had my preference set to xbox x/s before the codes were sent out.

You guys gave me a ps4 code I went to help chat lady said to send a email to you guys about the beta code just for you guys to do nothing because I used the code, so now I'm stuck on old gen just because this company can't do anything right
