Hi I got a

beta code typed it in redeem , came up with beta and unlock fc25 , clicked on download beta, got a

nesaage saying been an error when I type the code in now it says code already used so can’t download the game 

1. I entered the code on Xbox series s and nothing has happened. It's not installing. Tried to enter code again and its says code already redeemed 

I was very excited to receive a closed beta code this morning. I went to enter it in. Nothing happens just says code redeemed. No game has downloaded, I can’t find it in my game library. Nothing. This is why I won’t be buying this worthless game.

Have redeemed code and said I own game however the beta hasn't downloaded and when I put code in again it says already redeemed 

Thanks for the reply Barry. Unfortunately it isn’t there. When I tried to redeem the PlayStation Store crashed so I didnt get a chance to download and it’s not appeared in the library :-(

Hi all. Anyone can help me?? I received the code and I put it in like the instructions told me to in my email. The code worked but WHERE do I get the game? When I go to the store it makes me pre buy it and there are no other options. I was sooooo looking forward to playing this tonight please help 😭😭😭

Hello my fc 25 has been corrupted and won't let me on ot and it told me I had to delete it and re download it from my library and it's no longer there 

I got the beta code for Xbox today. Entered it and it said redeemed but then no download

Redeemed the beta code on the Xbox store, no sign of the game and the code no longer works as it recognises it’s been redeemed, currently 2 hours later.

I Redeemed code and then nothing happed. Beta is now not appearing on console anywhere and it won’t let me ‘redeem’ the code again 

Same on ps5 came up with 2 options for game to download one said unlock ea25 once clicked came with error and can't use code again. Really poor by ea

I received an invite to the FC 25 closed beta this morning. After entering the code on PS5, I was unable to advance and when I attempted to refresh the page, I received a prompt saying the code has already been used. Is it possible to get a new code sent to access the closed beta?

redeemed fc25 beta code but not showing in downloads or game library

I am having the exact same problem! Hopefully they have a solve for this! 

Same issue with me! I put in the code and then nothing happened. And won’t let me re-enter the code and the beta isn’t appearing anywhere 🤷

Have had a code for eafc closed beta put it in and said what it was but nuffin started downloading
