account Transfer market soft banned for more than 80 hours

Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing an issue with my account on FC25 and need some help resolving it. I play on PS5, and my PSN ID is buxodortipinup. For over 80 hours, I’ve been soft banned from the Transfer Market: I can sell players, but I can’t buy or bid on any.

Issue Details:

• About six days ago, I bought several players with an average rating of 89 over a short period of time.
• Since then, I’ve been unable to use the Transfer Market to buy or bid on players.
• I’ve never experienced such a prolonged soft ban before. In the past, cooldowns didn’t exceed 24-48 hours, and this is my first incident in FC25 (the last time I had a cooldown issue was in FC24).

Steps I’ve Already Taken:

• I contacted EA Support, and they reviewed my account. They confirmed there are no issues with it.
• They recommended waiting for the system to “cool down,” but after over 80 hours, the problem persists.
• They invited me to share my experience here on the forums so the community and developers could look into it.

My Request:

I’d like to know if anyone else has experienced a similar issue and how they resolved it. I would also appreciate it if EA’s development team could investigate this case, as it seems to be an anomaly compared to normal cooldowns.
