The game, fc ( * crap) is what fc stands for. Hands down the worst football game In the history of all football games. The speed boost is a joke, player select, player select what. And don't get me started on the horrendous passing. I can't wait for the day EA stop making football games. They sick and will find how much they suck with ufl becomes the go to game.

This game is absolutely horrendous. I took a 3 year break to come back to this awful, awful game. What a waste of money.
I'm uninstalling and won't be making the same mistake again.
Why is it so slow, so clunky, so sluggish, so unresponsive?
Why do passes and shots not go where you press? I look down at my thumb in disbelief several times a game.
How are they making an awful game even worse?
Some tips for how to be amazing at this game:
Spam finesse shots because that's one of the few ways you can score.
Don't try to defend yourself this game will punish you for it.
Don't try to make more than 3/4 passes in an attacking phase.
Find an OP tactic and put a code in to set it up, the A.I. will do the rest.
If you get delay, it's not this immaculate game that causes it. It's you & your IP's fault. You should have Futurama style internet that hasn't even been invented yet to play it & if you still get lag than it's all your fault.
And that's it.
5ATB is one of the most pathetic things I've played against in a video game.
Attacking players no matter the rating have rubbish positioning & don't know how to support plays.
We're paying a premium price just to play online squad battles with minimal user control.
Getting crazy delay even on shootouts.

FC24 oddly feels worse to me now. still better than FC25 but I can't explain it.
I'm just spamming edge of the box finesse shots with my loan Bonmati. Why should I do anything else? If I pass I'm either going to bulldozed over by an attacker, the game will decide to alter the weight and direction of my pass to send it perfectly to my opposition, there's a high chance a bobbly rebound will happen and somehow I'll square to my opposition, I look at the box my opponents whole team is sprinting in every direction while my attackers take a break from taking a break in offside positions or standing still behind a marker, if the hit the post or the keeper saves it like a miracle the ball will always find my opponent for a quick counter attack.
This is epitome of skill, hitting finesse shots over and over until the goal keeper does that stupid dramatic animation where he falls over backwards.
I know I'm writing alot of comments but I'm sick of this. Where's the people are associated with this game to provide clarity on some of issues mentioned like if their working on fixing them? Where's the developers? They should get in this forum and face the community.
What do we get instead? Ignored or gaslit into thinking we're the problem.
I used to love grinding for players. This year, every time I think I want to put the effort in I am stopped by the realization that I hate the gameplay and find the joy of getting the card ends there. The menu grind also isn't enjoyable right now. I honestly don't know what can save this for me. It may be time to move on.
