It's 5 boxes at 4 digits which is 20 digits. Don't think it's 25 digits anywhere.

4 boxes at 4 digits is redeeming limited editon and other Sims 3 Store codes.

    Yeah, my serial number is 20 digits and the redeem code that I need (assuming it is the serial code) is 16 digits
