I can’t access my games.

I multiple of the Sims 3 games that have been trying to regain access to since about 2018. I was never able to get origin to help me regain access to my games and was wondering if EA has been any more helpful? I have tried to redeem my games through the code redeem, but it says they have already been used. (I’m guessing cause they’re still connected to this origin account I’ve had no access to for years) I would like to play my sims games cause I spent money and bought the disc and deserve to play them but have no access. Any help in getting in contact with EA or any helpful tips? I’m about to just give up and be done with EA as a whole.

    It sounds like your codes had previously been redeemed to a different EA account than the account you're currently logging in with.

    If you need help locating this previous account, you can contact live support from the site here- here on the forums we aren't able to help with account recovery.

    Once you've verified you're the original owner of this older account, the live support team will help you get logged back in and access your content again.
