Does the same happen in a new game (just for testing purposes) ?

    Did you update it to the newest version ? Check the site to make sure it is the newest one.

    I did. 

    I just tried to uninstall and reinstall and now my scuba lots are only registering as community lots and I can't do **bleep** with them.
