long shot here change her name to a normal one at city hall during bussiness hours then see if the resetsim first name last name will work change her name back if it works to VO 4.0 if you like that one

have you tried to reset all the sims at once ? ctrl+shift+c hold all 3 together in the menu bar that appears at the top of the screen type in resetsim * (hit enter ) this will reset all sims inculdeing your own
