I tried both suggestions. I even deleted the hospital and put it back but that also didn't work. Its just the hospital too. I got a job in business and it is fine.

Is this a single rabbithole hospital and did you try if another Sim has the same issue ?

It happens to both of my sims in my household.

Is it a single rabbithole or a combination one (multiple options on one rabbithole like city hall/hospital combination) ?
