Re: Sims 3 is becoming laggy and freezes.

Try merging your CC using S3PE. This should remove some lag caused by a large amount of CC .Do not merge game mods, sliders, poses and replacements.

Before merging you should make a backup of the mods folder. I personally recommend this tutorial.
