Hi there - wondering if anyone can help with this issue. When I press play I get this pop-up asking me to sign in with an EA Account, however, I am already signed in on both the EA app and launcher. Unsure why this isn't working but any help is appreciated. I'm on Windows 11, have no special characters in my password, have tried loads of suggestions already but am at a but of a loss.

Ogallagher21 If you X out the window, then try again to play, do you see it again? It's only supposed to appear once, after which you should be able to play even if you don't sign in (and I can see the window isn't loading fully for you anyway). If you do see the pop-up again, restart your computer and try yet again.
puzzlezaddict hi, yeah I've tried a million times and it still pops up with the box - restarted my computer, uninstalled the game and EA app, cleared cache and it is still showing the box every time. so weird!
Ogallagher21 That is definitely strange. Try a new admin Windows account, in case there's some hidden temp file getting stuck in your main account, or some other permissions issue that's limited to that account. If the game lets you past this pop-up in the new account, try your main one again.
