Re: Aurora skies wont install

@shannon_boyd_xo  Please try installing Aurora Skies into a clean user data folder.  Move your entire Sims 3 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and open the launcher to create a clean folder with no content.  Download AS and try to install it; let me know whether it works.

If you still get the error, try using a different browser to download—Firefox and Internet Explorer are the best bets for store content.  If that doesn't help either, please let me know your game's exact patch level.  When you open the launcher, you can see it in the lower left corner of the window.
