@PurpleThistles84 Did you limit FPS for the correct executable? If you have version 1.67 or lower, then it should be TS3W.exe, and if you have 1.69 it is TS3.exe. Make sure that Vertical Sync, Triple Buffering, and the 60 FPS Max Frame Rate are all active (all 3 settings should be available in Nvidia Control Panel).
