I got double charged for multiple items and the EA help service told me to post on here to receive help. I was buying a world on the sims 3 store and it charged me multiple times for the same items, I don't want financial compensation, just my points back.

Here on AHQ, we don't have access to your account details to refund the points for this duplicate charge, so you would need to reach back out to the live support team so they can get that refund processed for you.
