Did you try downloading it through the purchase history to your launcher ?
Also ingame stuff is/was pretty bugged so maybe that's just the issue there.
Does other stuff install INGAME ?

Yes, but maybe I'm doing something wrong because when I do that it never brings up the launcher.
Maybe my launcher is bugged or something (I'll work that out) because even the in game "Open Launcher" doesn't work so it must be my launcher.
