C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\EA Desktop
and launch the EAUpdater.exe. Then clear the App's cache:

and restart your computer. Let me know whether the App now works normally and you can launch your games. If not, please describe what happens when you load the App and try to play, and include a screenshot of any error message you see.
