@Mark_Miwurdz This is set to default to Quick resume. Would or does this make a difference as the only thing that is slow is when I swing. I have been playing like this since when I first got the console in late November and never had any issues. Is this something you've experienced?

@Mark_Miwurdz This slow swing happens to me all the time on PS5 and it's not from any quick resume. Once, I bought about 100 items in the shop and then tried playing and the swing was like 20% speed. I've also had it slow down randomly hundreds of times but the game is just glitchy like that.
