Moments Mode: 'Failed to connect' screen lets players set illegitimate times

Summarize your bug Players are able to skip stages during Moments with multiple stages. The skipped stages will not count towards the total challenge time. This leads to players being able to lower their times by multiple minutes.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Version 1.9.0 | Moments gamemode This has to do with the bug where selecting 'Restart' at the end of the stage will make the game fail to connect to the servers at the end of the next attempt. Load into any Moments challenge with 2 or more stages. Complete the first stage and select 'Restart' at the end of the stage. Complete the stage again and you will get the 'Failed to connect' screen. Select cancel and you will be booted back into the Moments challenge select screen (the game however will save that you completed the stage without saving the time). This MIGHT also work if you just disconnect from the internet at the end of the stage, even after this restart bug is fixed (haven't tested this).
What happens when the bug occurs? You will now be able to resume the challenge from the second stage without the time of the first stage being added to your total time for that challenge.
What do you expect to see? The game shouldn't register that a stage has been completed if the time cannot be saved.
I accidentially found this bug and then confirmed my findings on another challenge. I definitely don't want to be banned so I'd be happy if my times were wiped from the leaderboards :P
