Re: Feedback - Using 2 created golfers when playing with someone else

I see there is still no word, yet again another update, was great to get the open and the new course added, but yet again disapointed to not be able to pop to my mates and use my charactor againts him. 

Please, please, please EA support, add this into the next up and coming patch. If you need a video to better explain the issue, just ask. Just let us know its being worked on, this must surely be a worthy feature to be resolved.

    Yes, PLEASE EA - I will walk you through why this sucks so badly. I'll do a zoom call, I'll make a tiktok dance about it, whatever you need. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP.

    The only reason we got the game is because Golf is the only game I can play with my husband because my eyes can't keep pace with other games. After spending the money we find out you can only play one player account and have to pick a stupid assigned pro to play with. This destroys the idea and functionality of the game. I wish we hadn't wasted the money and gotten our hopes up for nothing. EA NEEDS TO FIX THIS!!!!!!!!!!

    Could one or all 3 of you fire off an email to the product manager(s) and ask them a couple questions?

    1.) How many enraged posts on the message boards does it take to get a response from the product team?

    2.) How many XP points can I trade to get this feature on the roadmap?

    This is a good point. I even raised it as a bug. Do you want to see the response on that one 🤣

    Hello EA,

    I can't belive that I raised this way back at the start and there has still be no response from your support/dev team. Why am I not able to use my character when I'm at my friend's house? I really don't see what the issue is with being able to do this? Where is the feature? How was it not there from day 1? I'm happy to help provide what you need from me to be able to work together and get this implemented, it's a lovely game but without this feature whats the point in me building my character if I can't then go to my mates and play against him. I have played him online, in my opinion its a shocking experience, I'm old skool we like to play in the same room, let's get this done and make this game awesome 👌

    Hey @TotalBearFeet Can you try to manage your cloud save data with your PSN Account from your primary console, once uploaded try to manually download and check if you player is available on the secondary console.

    Hi EA_Illium,

    Yes I can confirm my game data is synced to the cloud and has been downloaded on 2nd console. If I play career mode on my log in I see my character,  but when doing local game I select my profile for 2nd controller but my character isn't there. Its also worth mentioning that if my mate creates a 2nd character the 2nd character is also not able to be selected by a player. So it seems that only one person can use a career character in a local game, this really does suck. Happy to assist further as me and my mate want this to work so that we don't have to be pro default players. Thanks

    Hi @TotalBearFeet Thanks for the additional updates. Apologies for the confusion I thought this was with you playing on your log-in with a secondary device.

    They sure did, 100% clueless. Nothing about when it will be implemented or reason why, just the god damn obvious statement that it doesn't work. I 100% can't get my head around their logic. I mean it's not even like their online platform is any good. Even if I play a mate on that it's just rubbish. Just sort it out EA, sort this major issue out!
