Re: No Stars - Challenges not registering upon completion.

ohh well!! then refund all players until you fix the game! it's simply!

it certainly won't be a problem for you, people will decide whether to trust you again and buy the game again

Thanks for nothing. Refund our money and uninstall the game until you have a product that works. 

Here is a crazy idea, why not start with uninstalling the patch that was put in last night as it seems things were working fine before that. Then once you figure out what was wrong, you can update it. For the amount of money EA makes, I am shocked at how ignorant and complacent you guys(and gals) are. 

Glad you're investigating but how will we possibly be given our star once you fix it? It has happened to me twice.  And I worked for one of the stars for three days.  The same shot all day long, for at least three maybe four days. (I'm 71 years old and retired so I had the time).  But it was such a jazzed feeling to finally see it go in!  Then no star.  Yikes!  It was the 'Make the shot' award on the Lee-Hole #1.  So bummed.  I can't even remember what the second missed award was, but when I happened I just quit.

Which challenge is not registering? Coaching Academy - PGA Coaching

The reward tab does not show on the main screen when i have completed a coaching challenge.

Is anything else happening? the reward tab showed up this morning because i received a reward from the daily tournament i played yesterday. the rewards i had completed yesterday were still waiting to be opened, so i did not loses anything. I suspect that the Coaching Academy - PGA Coaching, is not activating the rewards tab

And any hopes of things being fixed with the latest update, are dashed. No fixes, just added another course. Fed up with this game. It’s a slog to achieve anything and after you slog your way through rounds and challenges and quest, to not be fully rewarded is FRUSTRATING to say the least if not less. And EA could care less.

Well its pretty obvious, they are not going to fix it. Its October now, and this issue still exists. 

A big AAA developer, they do not have time to fix the issues with their games, they are already developing the next title that will be filled with bugs.

Is anything else happening? Don't know... only started playing PGA a week ago. No issues before

Its really annoying, because I finished the whole challenge and that took me hours... to not get the star, and thus no reward.....  pretty demotivating.  

Bugs like this are a reason for me to look for other games elsewhere...

Short summary: Just the two us of us challenge in the conference stories challenges. I have clearly 100% completed the 3 star and it only give me 2 stars. No error message just not receiving the third star only receiving 2. Finished this challenge on 8/21 and still have not recieved stars. I have tried resetting the game and my lineup and retrying the challenge and still does not work.
