Yeah iagree I'm down too 3k cos brought a legendary spec for 18k..so tomorrow I'm gonna have to bang out afew challenges and career events just so ican do the pro and tour dailies lol the grind 🤣🤣🤣

This is my argument, its like 'yeah you can be punished in game but also lets empty your coffers of points for the privilege of suffering the torture.
The potential rewards are higher from the tournaments that are more expensive to enter though? That's the pricing logic I think, which seems reasonable to me to be honest.
You do have to watch how the percentage ranges for the win categories vary though in deciding what's worth the risk for your own skill level. The seasonal Tour level tournament is particularly tight on rewards I feel for example due to this.
That's the other thing i don't like too, that you have to pay each time you want to enter... it should be an 'unlock' payment at the very least.

The weekly pay outs are good but if u buy a legendary spec your left with hardly any money like me haha but I'll just do some challenges they quick and easy tbh

I think it should be a bundle of attempts, similar to how you get 2 goes on the sim mode tournament, it could do the same, that way you can spend your 10 tickets and have a couple of cracks at it.
It just seems to me that Tour mode players are the ones suffering the most with having to spend to participate.
- @theycagednon I play the Tour mode weekly tournament but just have a single go. I kind of hope that the ticket entry cost means that this is what most people do, in part as it doesn't really make 'financial' sense to have multiple tries. Keeping an eye on how many reward points I spend to win tickets I know I've been making a 'profit' in reward point terms from the weekly tournaments.
This is just me, but I find it more fun/exciting to just have a single attempt at tournaments, knowing that this is my one go to make it count - for good or bad! Otherwise it nor particularly different to just playing practice rounds. Players don't get to try again in real tournaments too of course.
Note that my suggestion is that everyone only gets a single go, removing the option to pay to have more. Not that I have any idea how many may have more than one try currently. The only course iwont retry is Augusta lol always do bad but the rest iwill only retry if iknow ican do better tbh ...maybe do 2 or 3 trys max

Couldn't agree more. There's an awful lot of the community that know it should be a single attempt Tournament and sport. This was even determined in EA's golf games a decade ago that this is what the community wanted. For some reason EA no longer provide these and I have zero idea why. Even if it was a crash here and there and I lost the points/tickets entry fee occasionally, its far and away better than playing mulligan uncompetitive tournaments. Come to the conclusion this will never change with EA now. Which is a shame and players will disappear because of it, they always have.
