Rankings

I was told by one of you EA employees that if there were any changes to the game, that the gamers would be updated with any change.  For several months now there is no rankings.  This first started several months ago. That is a huge "change" that has occurred to the game. Endless amounts of gamers have questioned on this forum and support as to WHY the rankings were deleted and are not working now?  Huge change to the game, but no correspondence to the gamers why.

So, if its policy to update gamers of any changes to the game, why hasn't there been any updates about this at all? It's only been several months its going on, so its not like it news to you.
