Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open PhotoMode and you cannot take picture!
What happens when the bug occurs? You can't take pictures in game and the achievement Shot in the Dark is impossible to get on the PS5
What do you expect to see? Fix the bug!

This is user error, not a bug. Once you have the shot lined up, hit Triangle to hide the UI, and then hit the "Create" button to take a picture.
