There is/was nothing in the Offers and Promotions tab of my account. That’s what I’m trying to figure out. Thank you. 

This is not a solution. There are many of us who don't have anything in our "Offers & Promotions" section. I documented my entire frustration here:

I still have not received the code to access the promotion. Has anyone accessed this free one month subscription to F1TV? I haven’t read or seen anything indicating anyone has received this promotion.
