Is there anything that can be done re my issue as it’s putting me off playing the game
They've never explained the ranking system. Check this out....

This is PlayStation board. For some reason it shows your record, but doesnt count them unless you play on there.
- @Mark_Miwurdz Yes I play on PS5 sometimes with my son and your correct it shows your games played but doesn’t count them on the PS5 leaderboard on Xbox tho your 18th I too recognise your gamer tag from the leaderboard.
