Practice Programs allotted time inconsistent

Summarize your bug I perform the Qualifying Pace practice program in Single Player - My Team and set the fastest lap by over 3 seconds but it shows I didn't do it in the time allotted by being 3-4 seconds too slow which doesn't make sense if I am 3-4 seconds faster than the entire field. I set purple in all sectors but shows that I wasn't fastest in sector two or three. I was able to complete the other two practice programs way under the allotted time.

Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into My Team and try the Qualifying Practice Program
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't complete the program due to being too slow, but I am not too slow. Allotted time for that practice program is incorrect compared with the allotted time for the other practice programs.
What do you expect to see? Please fix this so we can play the game without bugs.

    Summarize your bug Qualifying Pace practice program in My Team, single player. Multiple race events. The target time is not displayed whilst running on track, just the red/green indicator based on current lap. The ultimate target time is between 2 and 4 seconds faster than the actual pole lap ends up being. On one occasion I managed to get a green level program pass with estimated grid slot 13th, and the lap time I set was 2s faster than any AI achieved in quali for real. Only occurring after the 1.5 patch.

    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into My Team and try the Qualifying Practice Program
    What happens when the bug occurs? Usually impossible to pass the program with an unahlchievable target lap time. Any time-based sub-targets (fastest sectors) are also unachievable. The only way to "beat" a program is simulating the next session to mop them up.
    What do you expect to see? Correction of the issue to run all programs in a fair and achievable way.
