EA, worst company nowadays.

So in my case it helped to downgrade to an older Version of G-Hub. I have the 923 as well and had Zero issues with F1 21 and other games, tried everything (reinstall G-Hub, F22, Integrity Check yadayada....) but there was no FFB whatsoever. No feeling of the car in any form as well. 

So I downgraded G-Hub, and I am not talking about Logitech Gaming Software, just an older Version of G-Hub, with the help of this link.

Worked for me. 

Aren't you mistaken with the FFB you get when you set "Ignore settings from game" in Ghub ? Which I get if I do that, but it is quite weak still but also really unrealistic.

This is what worked for me (copied from this thread https://www.reddit.com/r/logitech/comments/vte8g7/comment/if6q4bk/ and slightly changed):

1. Uninstall G HUB
2. Uninstall LGS (if installed)

3. Make sure none of the G HUB components are running in the Task Manager

4. Go to C:\Program Files\ and delete LGHUB folder

5. Go to C:\ProgramData\ and delete LGHUB folder

6. Go to C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\ and delete LGHUB folder

7. Go to C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\ and delete LGHUB folder

8. Right click on Windows and open Device Manager
9. Find HID devices and delete all with Logitech G29/G923 in their names

10. Press Windows Key, then type regedit, Click Registry Editor

11. Delete the registry key Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{521c89be-637f-4274-a840-baaf7460c2b2}

12. Delete the registry key Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\MediaProperties\PrivateProperties\Joystick\OEM\VID_046D&PID_C24F
13. Go to the Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\MediaProperties\PrivateProperties\DirectInput section and delete the VID_046D&PID_C24F
14. If you find another registry key related to Logitech G29/923 - delete it 

15. Reboot the PC

16. Re-install G HUB: https://www.logitechg.com/innovation/g-hub.html

17. Reconnect wheel

My wheel appeared in G HUB after doing this and its now working in F122. Rev lights still missing tho :/

Did a complete fresh install of windows on my PC over the weekend, and still this issue persists. FFB works great in single player modes, time trial, etc. But the moment I step into a custom lobby (usually for my discord league) FFB stops working and continues to not work for the remainder of the time I keep the game open. If I turn the game off and re-launch it it comes back working.
