We were not able to make use of the free trial of the F1 23 racing game since our HORI steering wheel and pedals were not working. Because of this we also missed the $ 20 deal you had on the game during the holidays. Please let us know if we can get a free trial again, troubleshoot the steering whel problem and perhaps allow us to get the game for the $20 deal once we successfully get the wheel to work

The answer is simply no.
Update your HORI wheel on the manufacturer site using a PC and wait for a suitable discount offer / period.
individual pricing is simply not possible.
