Re: F1 22 my team facility upgrades not applying.

I advise you to have a look at your teammates and the other drivers stats over time as well. I and a lot of other people have the exact same problem and apart from the facility upgrades not doing anything it seems like none of the drivers stats change/improve at all. I have a game where I am into the 4th season already and all the drivers still have their starting stats as well as spec 2 personnel department doing absolutely nothing.

    the personnel department is is survivable for me and I don't mind it too much. if you know a fix to make it possible for me to upgrade r&d parts after upgrading the spec in my aero facility then please may you share.

    Found a fix tonight brother, upgrade the facility to the next spec after and it fixes the r&d screen telling you to upgrade the facility.
