Re: David Greco has left codemasters?

Hi guys.

Obviously I can't say anything of what I have done, and I can't say anything of what will be done, also because I don't know anymore myself. It will be news to me as well.

In 9 years I have worked hard to improve every single aspect of the dynamics of the vehicle and the force feedback. I have enjoyed my time as a codies' first and then as part of the EA family.
It was one of the hardest decision I have ever made in my life, and I will forever be grateful to everyone at Codies/EA. But like anything else in life, there is a beginning and an end.

So my time as a dev at EA and in the F1 franchise has come to an end, but not the love for this game and this community.

Whether with this account or another, I will be around here and racing in game. F1 23 is already in my whishlist on steam 😃

  • So, I don't want to touch that account, therefore the message above shall be the last :D

I've added a G on this new account, for my daughter, as her name starts with a G. And hopefully one day she will be racing too :-)

@DavidGG53 it didn't refer to the game but to the person who will replace you I think there is nothing wrong if codemaster/ea says who will take your place from
  • @Nellix82 Is still relative to 23 and is an information I cannot disclose. Plus it is up to the person I think. Not everyone is ok to be in the public, is a lot of pressure to handle let me tell you. Is not easy most of the time to remain calm and professional within the community. There is sadly a lot of abuse and cyberbullying nowadays, and I understand who chooses to not be high profile.

@DavidGG53Tis why this is my only form of social media I participate in and I love chatting here because people are good decent people for the most part. When on occasion we get one that isn’t. Their post doesn’t stay around long enough to get any traction.

@Cpayne32 I’m by far the worst culprit. But as I call it… expanding the conversation. When chatting amongst friends IRL how often do we stick to one topic. Obviously As long as the OP question has been sufficiently addressed.
