Re: Can’t download 64x64 lot from gallery

I am sorry that you are having this issue. You may have to bring up task manager ( ctrl +shift +esc) and close the sims 4 application that way. 
Then reload the game, and try downloading it onto the lot again. If you still have issues, try downloading it onto a different 64 x 64 lot and see if the issues remain.
