@aodoherty Hi! From what I understand, to get credit for the Hustle and Spa Regular goals, your sim needs to be at a lot designated as a Spa. I'm not so sure about the Regular Customer goal, though. I think you can give treatments or host meditations / classes anywhere for that.
As for the yoga class at home sparking sims to show up, that seems like a bug I haven't heard of. I do know that if you Promote on Simstagram from home, this will cause random sims to show up uninvited. I'm pretty sure that was intended, so you have customers show up. Although, it seems to be a bit invasive since they show up and stay way too long.
The main issue is with the many bugs for this aspiration, as you noticed and @xochiquetzl_xkvn mentioned. Even if you have your sim work on the specialist aspiration at a spa venue, you may not see them complete there either. I was only able to complete the Notoriety and Spa Regular goals. I do hope these bugs are addressed soon! Anyway, hope this helps.
