Do you have Basemental? That's what caused it in mine just delete the "basemental venue list" file. There's also another file you may have called
Ksuihuh_Venue List.package that needs to be deleted as well. The haunted house should work fine when those are gone, basemental works fine without the venue list file
If anyone is interested: Basemental updated the venue list file. It can be found on the website in the Basemental Drugs section (it is now a separate download). I downloaded the new one and it works fine, I have the new lot type!
@StargazerSapphy I have Basemental but I don't have the basemental venue list file or the Ksuihuh_Venue List, I have no clue what else could be affecting my game.
Edit: I removed my LittleMsSam's venues folder and now it works, so I assume that's what's causing it for me.
Editedit: Oh, I just went and updated the mod (LittleMsSam's venues) and now everything works!
I have the Ksuihuh_Venue List which I forgot to check after I checked LittleMsSam's so it wasn't the Ksuihuh that didn't let me see the option in my game. After updating the More Buyable Venues and the Holiday Homes Venue List the option showed up. Thank you for mentioning LittleMsSam's!

Just ran through all my installed Mods & CC. LittleMsSam_MoreBuyableVenues is definitely a problem Mod, after removing it the Lot Type of Haunted House Residential is now an option on the dropdown. BaseMental-Alcohol and BaseMental-Drugs are working fine.

Could this be what is causing the paranormal traits to not show up in the rewards store? I also have those two files you listed and the XML injector file. Could that be the problem?
