Re: Superstar career won’t work in madden 24

Any update on this? This game was $70 and is broken out of the box. Its been 20 days since it came out and nothing has changed. @EA_Barry 

2 weeks later still not working, it's so frustrating because this is the mode I want to play. This is why the community wants another nfl game, we are so tired of this game not working. 

Hi, I am wondering if there is any update on this problem. Currently I can only play linebacker and when I go to play another position and start a career with that player it stays on loading screen with superstar mode on top left, but the game is running in the background where I see when the music changes and what song is on. the longest i waited before restarting was 10 minutes. Please get back to me I love madden but this is ridiculous, and I thought the update would fix it, but it did not. 

I've been having the same issue with my superstar, I will play my rookie contract and sign with a team then advance to the pre-season and end up on a different team but my gear will stay the same as the team I signed with, I hope there's an update for this issue.

They ain't gone fix nothing 💯 they sorry asf, last good game was ncaa 14 I still play it, other then that I hope another company can get the rights to make nfl games and not dat 2k *, I don't want no arcade game but at this point I think as long as it's playable its gone blow ea out the water. Also can't even play superstar mode, they should be sued for consistency releasing non playable games id love for them to lose the rights to make these games

Its November and its still broken. I wish EA would refund me for this broken * * game.

How do I see these responses all over this Forum with no chance at all, still cannot play superstar mode at all. Then you talk to EA Help and they swear its being looked and and is a new issue... well clearly its not new if it was occurring in august and September and its STILL unplayable to this day. EA is actually just scamming people at this point

Still looking into solutions? Have had the game basically since launch and I haven’t been able to play superstar mode. I would like a refund please, can’t even play an advertised game mode on pc. 

It is January 13th 2024 and this issue is still happening be better. September you will have people "look into it" ea *

Why is my madden superstar frozen everytime I load up the practice drills and I will not let me simulate the week so I can now play with my qb anymore. Please help

Was there ever a fix to the Superstar mode issue? Still can't play it.
