Another one, which is a crazy idea for a *team* sport, is to incorporate same team, co-op style play in all modes, with no restrictions. 

That absolutely tops the list for me. 

Furthermore, I don't want to wait until next year's version to have this addressed. If it isn't fixed in this year's game through an update, the game simply isn't worth buying in the future.
