Hi @ryanf211 Can you try going through the following steps and check if you continue getting this message?

Verify you signed into your PSN account
Check for updates
Restore Licence
Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
Open your PS5 NAT Type
Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)

I have tried all these steps still can’t login into the EA servers

@ryanf211 I’m just happy they replied here. The question I submitted a couple days ago for this issue has gone ignored this far. If you scroll through the threads there seems to be quite a few of us with this issue. Super frustrating!

@ryanf211 I deleted Madden 23 from my console this evening then reinstalled the game. I am now able to play online again.

These two error messages
one says you must be logged into both PlayStation and EA. The other says a unknown login error.
