EA Staff (Retired)Hi @ryanf211 Can you try going through the following steps and check if you continue getting this message?
- Verify you signed into your PSN account
- Check for updates
- Restore Licence
- Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Open your PS5 NAT Type
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
I have tried all these steps still can’t login into the EA servers
- @ryanf211 I’m just happy they replied here. The question I submitted a couple days ago for this issue has gone ignored this far. If you scroll through the threads there seems to be quite a few of us with this issue. Super frustrating!
- @ryanf211 I deleted Madden 23 from my console this evening then reinstalled the game. I am now able to play online again.
