Re: Won a bid but can't get the player?

I have also been experiencing similar issues. If the timer goes past -2 minutes and your money has been deducted from your account it usually indicates that you have won the bid even though you do not receive an immediate alert. After contacting EA, they told me to wait 24 hours before contacting them again and I should have my player card that I won. I did in fact receive it some hours later and have also had the same delay today when bidding for a player. EA is blaming it on their server traffic causing the delays.

I also have a similar issue.

I placed a bid in auction house, auction ended, i had the highest bid.

After auction ended and I received notification I won, another bid was placed causing me to lose an auction that already ended.

How can someone place a bid and win after the auction closed?

I decided the game is broken and want to return my copy of madden 15 for a refund. I spoke with an EA rep named Dillon (Case# 17306708 )

I asked Dillon for a mailing address to return my copy to EA and was told this is NOT possible. You can not send your game to EA for a refund, you can return it to your local retailer where you purchased it.

I explained to Dillon that the policy of my local retailers do NOT allow you return opened games. I then asked him if his local retailers allow you to return an opened game, he would not answer and only stated "That is not the issue, is there anything else I can help you with"

So now I am stuck with a broken game, I say broken , the media (disk) is fine, but the mechanics (EA Servers) are broken, so I am stuck with a broken game that I now refuse to play???
