6 months and still never received my coins for the Super Bowl

I had a cards/coins for if the Patriots won I would win 1 million coins and 500,000 coins if there were 2 INTs or more during the game. I cashed them in after the Super Bowl, I waited a full day as I knew you would take some time to update your system. When I cashed them in, it gave me 100 coins for each. I would appreciate it if EA would actually EVER contact me, even though I have tried emailing, calling, and so on. It has been 6 months and still no coins. I just want my coins, you can check my account history and see that I cashed in the coins the day after the Super Bowl. CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY.
