Creating a new account
I am trying to create a new account on a separate device (iOS) but it keeps bring up my existing account. I have created a new Facebook login, deleted the app on device including cache and whenever I log with new FB it brings up existing account. It's like EA has locked the device ID to the account. I used this device previously with the main account. I dont know how to unlink it or create a new account without affecting my existing main account. I login using Apple ID for the existing. Any help would be appreciated.

I have been playing madden since the first one came out I have to say it has gotten to be the worst game I have ever played. The gameplay is aweful. All someone doesnt is outside pass all the time or the run it up the middle. I just played a playoff and it was 3 and 25 and all they did is pass it on the outside and got out of 3 and 25. I have a big complaint to you guys. When the visiting team is playing they literally cannot pass deep and all the guy does is sit in the middle with the linebacker. so it is a very bad game cause ya cant do much but run or pass out side. very boring game play
Jamarr Chase Mythic
I have bought every package for Toty 1-2 that you can possibly buy. EVERY single one, wondering how we are supposed to obtain the mythic jamarr chase when you guys don’t put out enough packages to purchase to even obtain it. Really a rip off if you guys don’t provide enough purchase packages to even obtain it. Lol. I have gotten 1-2 jamarr chase and have 3 mythics this far almost 4 at this rate unless you guys put out a bunch of purchase packs it’s almost impossible to even obtain it unless you buy like every purchase pack and 100 bucks for madden dollars to keep buying stamina for toty. Please put out more upgrade packages so at the end of this when I spend 1000 dollars I can at least get jamarr chase lol. Anyone else notice this issue as well?Team Overall!?!
Ok this has happened to me 3 times this week and I have screen shots to prove it. It says my overall is 5462 however when I go to upgrade my team more with points it says my team will go up to 5442!?!? This is the 3rd time in a week that is a total of almost 100 overall I have had to rebuy or boost up again. I know Iam not the only one cause a few people on my squad are dealing with the same issue. Please fix this issue because I spend 1000s of dollars on this game.
