Are you using any custom mods or rosters? If so, try if you can resolve the issue by uninstalling them / using the default one.

Should that not help, you can try rename your "My Documents\Madden NFL 08" folder, this will force the game to create a fresh profile the next time you start the game.

Hi ... I just purchased Madden NFL 2008 download from GS. I hope there is some support for PC, LOL. Although I'm not really looking for online live compition, it would be fun. I would just like to know some support is avalable before installing this newly purchased game.

I came here looking for any tips or heads up about installation, prior to install. I have Win 8, Vista both 64bit ver. and XP 32bit. Yeah, they're all mine, lol, and all 3 running on my rather large L desk.

My reason for posting is which system would be best for install, since I read Vista and Win 7 may have compatibility issues. And also if trying install on one computer fails, would I be able to try another one.
Usually with any game purchase you can intall and actvate with key as long as you have the original CD and Key. How does this work with this dowmloaded version purchased from GameStop ?
